1. Meditation
The best way to dive deep into your being and let go of what is holding you back. Easier said than done when you have a busy ego-mind. Mindfulness is key here. While I can't teach you proper meditation, here I share some important key aspects that I have found very useful.
2. Raise your vibration
Raising your vibration is dailing up your internal frequency, your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual blueprint and sums up your average level of consciousness. These exercises differ from meditation as they don't require you to deeply relax. Your only goal here is to BE and FEEL lighter while the mind can be its chatty self.
