With any form of holistic healing, we will experience highs and lows. No one is spared from this trajectory so you can put all self-judgement and expectations of how it should be aside. Whatever happens is the right experience for you, whether it is feeling immediate relief or going through a health crisis. The goal of healing is not necessarily to experience only positive things. It teaches us to accept, surrender and allow every emotion, thought and feeling coming from a deeper understanding that all is a vibrational experience because of the resonance within us (both low and high).
